We may collect account and contact data such as name, email address, phone number, and professional role; form, service, or job-request content; communications; and uploaded work files. Sauqly does not receive full payment-card numbers through its platform.
The microphone is used only when you explicitly start a voice recording from a clear control. The recording is sent over an encrypted connection to transcribe it and deliver the feature you requested.
We use data to operate accounts and portals, fulfil service and campaign requests, manage communications and support, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
On public pages and the blog only, we may use optional analytics such as Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and Metricool after your explicit consent to understand browsing and improve content. We do not enable these tools in portals, payment, or private forms. You can decline from the choice banner; use your browser settings to clear a previous choice.
Data may be processed by infrastructure, storage, email, messaging, payment, and speech-to-text providers required to operate the service, only to the extent necessary.
We use HTTPS and restricted access controls. We retain data only as long as needed to provide services or meet legal, accounting, and security requirements, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data. Our team verifies account ownership before completing a request and may retain limited data where required by law or fraud prevention.
